Welcome to Orchard Blossom! Here’s what to keep in mind for a fantastic glamping stay:

Making Your Booking:

  • You must be 18 or older to book a pitch.
  • Please use Booking.com here.

Cancellations:

  • We understand things come up! If you need to cancel your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • There is an option to pay the amount in full with no cancellation or pay a deposit;
    • Cancellations made more than 28 days before your arrival will forfeit the deposit.
    • Cancellations within 28 days of your arrival will result in a full charge of your stay.

During Your Stay:

  • Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day.
  • Each pitch has one designated parking space.
  • We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the tents including any naked flames.
  • Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed on the premises.
  • Please be mindful of your belongings as we can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged items. However, there is a safe in each pitch and an option to leave luggage in the Club House.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone who disrupts the peaceful atmosphere to leave.

Keeping Things Tidy:

  • We take pride in our tents, and we kindly ask you to leave them clean and tidy upon departure. This includes taking out the rubbish and loading the dishwasher.
  • There will be a small cleaning fee if the pitch is left in an untidy state.

Around the Glamping Site:

  • Explore the beautiful grounds, but please stick to designated pathways.
  • The logs are for decoration, please admire them from afar.
  • The flowerbeds are a feast for the eyes! Please avoid stepping on them.

Outdoor Bath:

  • We have safety rules for the outside bath – it’s important to read them before taking a dip!

Just in Case:

  • We can’t control everything (like unexpected weather!), but we’ll try our best to find you alternative dates if we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control.
